A single cask organic single malt from Dà Mhìle in Wales, which has been matured in a tawny Port cask before being bottled up. We've consistently been impressed with the spirits produced by this fantastic distillery, and the whiskies in particular have lived up to their high expectations. We reckon this one ought to do that same. A release of 237 bottles.
Dà Mhìle Organic Single Malt (cask MP1609) Welsh Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Almonds and walnuts, dotted with redcurrant and raisin.
Palate: White chocolate and strawberry. A slow build of sweet spices and delicate oak.
Finish: Floral orange oil and a smidge of cassia.
