The mezcal is made from pure Oaxacan agave plants that are carefully selected by the mezcaleros, or producers, of Durrumbes. This mezcal is aged in French oak barrels for an average of 12 months. The process of making Durrumbes Oaxaca Mezcal is closely guarded and closely guarded, in order to maintain the integrity of the product. Durrumbes Oaxaca Mezcal is made from 100% agave and aged in French oak barrels for an average of 12 months.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
