It is perfect to drink it alone or in cocktails made from natural fruits. AGAVE TYPE: Espadin, from 7-9 years. REGION: San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca. OVEN: Conical underground stone pit oven. Cooked for 4 to 6 days. MILLING: Milled with a traditional single stone called Tahona pulled by horse.
