Honoring Scotland, the recipe features native plants and botanicals among the fourteen botanicals in the blend, such as lavender, pine buds, mulberries, cobnuts, orange peel, lemongrass and lime peel. Bottled at 86 proof, this refreshing and delightfully crisp gin delivers clean, zesty and juniper-forward flavors that insert themselves perfectly in classic cocktails such as a Martini, Negroni, and Gimlet.
