Liters of distillate per year, Edradour remains one of Scotland's smallest distilleries. In addition to numerous official editions, each year the local single malt is offered by Signatory Vintage, a renowned whiskey publisher and owner of the Edradour Distillery since 2002. The whiskey presented here, distilled on November 7, 2012, spent over 10 years in sherry cask No. 494, and was bottled in March 2023 at 46% abv in the popular series The Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.

Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.

Finish: Long, delicate and complex.
