Ever the intrepid explorers of flavour, the Gin Eva team has created an expression using green citrus. No, not lime. That would be far too easy. They've used the somewhat confusingly named green orange! Produced along with mandarin leaves and a selection of familiar botanicals, the sweet and bitter green oranges impart a zest, floral and subtly herbaceous flavour profile.
