This is a 350ml decanter of the luxurious Hennessy Paradis Rare Cognac, created from a blend of over 100 rare and old eaux-de-vie, drawn from collections set aside by Hennessy master blenders from previous generations.

Hennessy Paradis | 350ML Tasting Notes

Nose: The nose is rich and deep with notes of spice and fresh flowers and blossom.

Palate: There are notes of mace and cinnamon, pepper, dried peels and acacia honey.

Finish: The finish is long and warming and very rounded.

Distillery Information

The Hennessy cognac distillery was founded by Irish Jacobite military officer Richard Hennessy in 1765, who had served in the army of Louis XV. The Hennessy family's seat was Killavullen near Mallow, and was closely related in County Cork to the Nagle, Burke and Roche families.
