High West Cask Collection Petite Sirah Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromatic notes of dark berries, red plums, and cherries, intertwined with hints of vanilla, toasted oak, and baking spices.
Palate: Rich and velvety, with flavors of blackberry jam, dried figs, and dark chocolate. Subtle layers of caramel, cinnamon, and tannic oak add complexity and depth.
