This signature release from Killowen features a sourced single malt whiskey matured for a minimum 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels. It was finished in a combination of ex-Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks and ones that had been used to age dark rum.

Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Palate: Notes of dried dates, figs, raisins, and fresh pears with a subtle lavender florality.

Finish: "The finish is a bit hot, but the hit on the back of the throat is more of a friendly jab than a sucker punch."
