Nose: Caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, dried fruit, and baking spice.

Palate: Smooth and well-rounded — brown sugar, honey, vanilla, baked cherry, dried fig, and soft peppery spice with oak depth.

Finish: Medium-long with lingering caramel sweetness, warm oak, and gentle spice fade.

Distillery Information

Dueling Grounds Distillery is based in Franklin, Kentucky, where Linkumpinch Bourbon is produced as part of its in-house portfolio. The distillery is known for small-scale production using traditional Kentucky methods, including pot distillation and aging in new charred American oak barrels. The Founder’s Club series comes from the earliest 25-gallon barrels laid down by the distillery, with this release being a blend of select barrels from that original stock aged for approximately nine years. It represents one of the distillery’s most mature expressions, emphasizing long aging in small barrels for intensified oak interaction and depth while maintaining a wheated bourbon softness.
