The Lost Parcels series does a heroic job of rescuing small helpings of superb spirits that otherwise might never see the light of day. It's not uncommon for small portions of spirit to be tucked away in dark corners of warehouses and forgotten about, but when they're found, it provides the perfect opportunity for some experimentation. This expression is a gin that has been treated to a year-long stay in a Muscat fortified wine cask, imparting decadent fruitiness, and a deep, dark inky hue.
