This rum liqueur boasts fruity notes of cherry and rich notes of chocolate, alongside the familiar flavours of its very own rum, making for a drink that'll be fab served simply over ice, or in a cracking cocktail.

Nose: Delicate and impressive depth on the nose.

Palate: Dried fruit, cacao, molasses, toffee, cinnamon sticks, milk chocolate sweetness.

Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.

Distillery Information

The Norfolk Spirit Company is a family-run business based in Norwich which produces a range of spirits including spiced rum, white rum, Navy rum, and a range of liqueurs. It was founded in 2020 by Ben Crisp, and makes all its alcohol in-house using pure molasses which is fermented and then triple-distilled. There’s no bought-in rum here.
