Eclipse Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout from 5050 Brewing Company, aged between 1 and 3 years as a beer in barrels, distilled by Old Trestle, and then aged in ex-Bourbon barrels at 120 proof. After aging, the spirit was finished in freshly emptied Eclipse barrels. This is unlike anything you have tasted before with all the best characteristics of a world class whiskey and a world class barrel aged imperial stout.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
