Detailed Description
This is an aged anejo tequila from Pacheco. It is made from 100% blue agave, and is aged for at least one year in oak barrels. It is then filtered to remove any impurities and to create a crystal clear spirit with a smooth flavor profile. It is a great choice for sipping neat or for use in cocktails. It has a light, sweet nose with hints of caramel and honey, and a smooth, slightly spicy taste with notes of oak, vanilla, and pepper.

Nose: The aging in American oak comes through on the nose with a mix of milk chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla notes.
Palate: On the palate, the whisky is of average body and at this proof, the whisky is crisp and spicy (think cinnamon sticks).
Finish: There's an oaky finish of decent length. Splash of water brings out more herbal and mossy aromatics and naturally softens the dram just a bit. Give both experiences a try.
