Detailed Description
Rabbit Hole uses locally sourced grains and flame-charred barrels from Louisville's Kelvin Cooperage. Their Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey has a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. The rye is distilled and aged for at least 2 years in Kentucky before being bottled at 47.5% ABV. The whiskey is contract distilled while they await their distillery's opening scheduled for 2018.

Nose: Rich sweet caramel on the nose, followed by a subtle herbal quality.
Palate: Lightly sweet on the palate with bold baking spice on the front and custard in the finish.
Finish: Smooth and long finish.
