Founded in 1995, the Reisetbauer distillery is located in Axberg, Upper Austria. The raw materials for the production of their spirits are cultivated and harvested by the family itself. This 15-year- old single malt whisky displays a rich gold colour with red reflections. The nose denotes aromas of spices, vanilla, malt and oak. The palate has a woody and nutty character, with additional notes of coffee and spices.

Distillery Information
Hans Reisetbauer planned the new distillery plant himself in cooperation with Carl GmbH and had it built according to his wishes and specifications. Within a month, the old plant was completely dismantled, partially replaced, expanded and rebuilt.
