Originally filled in 2004 in new oak and then after 15 years transferred into a tawny port cask where it was given an extra 2 years to mature. Mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley.

Nose: Delightful aroma.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
