Nose: Fresh, crisp apples and juicy pears join sweet, biscuity malt while subtle layers of smoked honey and toasted vanilla gather in the distance.
Palate: Dense buttered malt loaf and creamier notes of Malted Milk biscuits are followed by fresh apple, dusted with cinnamon and vanilla, and gentle wisps of smoke.
Finish: Subtle smoke and a distant hint of brine join orchard fruits and oaken vanilla.
