Spirit Of Sylt Gin | 700ML

Since 2012 this brand has been making premium spirits that attempt to embody the spirit of Sylt, an island in northern Germany. Hence the name. This bottling is the core gin expression from the brand's portfolio. As the company doesn't actually own a distillery it enlisted the help of the family business Heinz Eggert from Bad Bevensen, who have been producing premium spirits since 1948. This gin was distilled with just two botanicals: juniper berries and rose essence, which gives it a unique flavour profile.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.

Finish: Clean, crisp and smooth.
