Produced by Still Sisters in Frome, it was made using lavender grown at Whitbourne Lavender Farm in Wiltshire, not too far from the distillery itself. You'll want to try it in a G&T served with plenty of ice and a good sprig of fresh rosemary.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Fragrant and floral with obvious lavender influence, though classic juniper notes do manage to shine through.
Finish: The finish is unique and complex.
