This one here was produced in Thailand, and was matured for five years, including a stint in casks that previously held Cognac. Intriguing stuff, wonderful for sipping neat or including in cocktails and mixed drinks.

Nose: Delicate and impressive depth on the nose.

Palate: Toffee, Bounty bars, citrus peels, a hint of savoury herbaceousness developing later on.

Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.
