Three Tides Smoked Botanical Rum Rum | 700ML

Three Tides is built around aged Dominican Republic and High Ester Jamaican funk, and features some rather intriguing ingredients alongside it, like scorched gorse , wild elderflower and oats! Not what you usually expect from a spiced rum, but the result is marvellous indeed, with fragrant smoke and dark chocolate bitterness offering tasty juxtaposition to the vibrant rum.

Nose: Delightful aroma.

Palate: Burnt brown sugar, banana fritters, cacao, wisps of smoke developing later on - not quite peaty smoke, though slightly earthy at points.

Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
