Wooden Moose Caramelised Black Cherry Rum | 500ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Impressive and full of spices on the nose.
Palate: As you can imagine, cherry is the star of the show. There's also caramel, vanilla, and a little baking spice as well as hints of marizpan.
Finish: Great elegance and length on the finish.
Distillery Information
The 12ft winged wooden moose guards the road down to our brand HQ. He was left behind in 2018 after a music festival that takes place down the road and has been here ever since, keeping watch over the farm. Just like our rum, he's larger than life, full of character and, well, a little bit out of the ordinary. We've immortalised the moose in our branding and across our range of flavourful rums so his legend can live on forever in your glass.
