Domaine Louis Carillon Les Perrières 2006 is an elegant and refined white Burgundy from one of Puligny-Montrachet’s most respected historic domaines. Sourced from the renowned Les Perrières climat, this Chardonnay showcases the hallmark qualities of the vineyard: precision, minerality, finesse, and exceptional aging potential. With bottle maturity, it offers a complex expression of ripe citrus, orchard fruit, toasted notes, and the distinctive chalky elegance associated with great Puligny-Montrachet.

Domaine Louis Carillon is a former wine estate in Puligny-Montrachet, widely regarded as one of the finest in the village. It developed a worldwide reputation for its Chardonnay wines principally from that village, despite its modest vineyard holdings – Carillon had just one tiny Grand Cru plot in Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet. In 2010, Carillon's sons decided to split the 11-hectare (27-acre) estate into separate entities, forming Domaine François Carillon and Domaine Jacques Carillon.
