Bête à Feu, is an agricultural white rum distilled from fresh canes, pressed once. The long cane, cut by hand, is taken to the three-roll mill of the A1710 distillery, located at the Habitation du Simon in François in Martinique.

Palate: On the palate it is very elegant, rich and full-bodied.
