Ardnahoe Inaugural Release Islay Single Malt 5 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Shortbread, baked apples and Islay peat smoke on the nose.
Palate: Custard, ginger, lemon zest and baked apples.
Finish: Long, smoky finish.
Distillery Information
The distillery was opened by Lord Robertson of Port Ellen. The distillery initially was built with a £12M investment from Hunter Laing & Company, a Scottish family-owned whisky business. The site covers four acres (1.5 hectares) and the management team is led by Stewart Hunter Laing and his sons Scott and Andrew.
