Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.
Palate: Notes of caramel, cinnamon, baking spices and a touch of leather.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
Distillery Information
Lee Medoff began his journey as a brewer at McMenamins and co-founded House Spirits before founding Bull Run Distillery. He uses his decades of experience in brewing and wine-making to distill unique whiskeys and vodkas, but in 2010, Lee set his sights on making a pure malt Oregon Whiskey, using local malted barley.
