Copperworks Barleywine Cask American Single Malt Whisky Tasting Notes
Nose: ried mango, candy orange slices, eucalyptus, and sweet cinnamon on the nose.
Palate: Citrus candy, malted milk balls, chocolate drizzled grilled pineapple, and an earthy florality.
Finish: The finish highlights the barleywine cask with accompanying light tannins and notes of honeysuckle.

Copperworks was founded by co-owners/distillers Jason Parker and Micah Nutt—both experienced craft beer makers, who built Copperworks to explore the possibilities of malted barley by distilling high-quality craft beer (without hops) into fine spirits.
