Corsair Master Distiller is always searching for new ways to experiment with whiskey and push its boundaries. This is where close cousins beer and whiskey finally meet. While fermenting traditional malted barley, he keeps Centennial hops in the vapor basket to impart flavor.

Nose: Sweet with roses, orange marmalade, and malt.

Palate: Caramel, oranges, and grain stand out with a gentle hint of spice.

Finish: Medium length and sweet with more zest.

Corsair Artisan Distillery is a small-batch distilling company with distilleries in Nashville, Tennessee, and Bowling Green, Kentucky. Founded in January 2008, it is owned and operated by distillers Darek Bell and Andrew Webber and marketing specialist Amy Lee Bell.
