A cask-aged London dry gin from the Cotwolds distillery, bottled by That Boutique-y Gin Company. This has been aged in both first-fill ex-bourbon casks and ex-red wine casks, resulting in a bold flavour profile combining rich fruit and well-defined oak notes. The science of cask-ageing continues to be awesome, even if it does elicit maniacal laughter from distillers and spontaneous lightning storms... Batch 1 is a release of 815 bottles.
