Expanding their creative and innovative portfolio of spirits, they introduce Timber. It too is mashed, fermented, distilled, and bottled by hand from 100% malted barley. Their new American style gin is distilled with juniper berries, citrus peels, cardamon, peppercorn, rose hips, hibiscus, and elderflower. It is rested in used rye whiskey barrels and finished with sassafras staves. The result is a clean and crisp spirit, balanced with floral and pepper notes, with a bright unique finish from the sassafras.
