Distillery Information
At the heart of the Lancaster Distilleries origin story stands a collective of friends-turned-business partners that's been hard at work transforming an iconic independent theater into the multifaceted art house / music venue / farm-to-table restaurant / craft distillery that stands today. As one of five partners at the helm of Zoetropolis Cinema Stillhouse, Nate Boring brought both his craftsman spirit & his love for distilled spirits to the proverbial table as the team got to work establishing the legacy Lancaster theater in its new Downtown Lancaster home. Having designed & even built much of the restaurant's interior – casting glass-reinforced fiberglass to create the tiles that became the face of the bar; constructing the bar from live-edge lumber & a shuffleboard table – Boring's made his mark on virtually every fit & finish in the place.
