Jean-Luc Pasquet Le Cognac de Paul Lot 57 is a limited-edition Cognac produced by the family-run Jean-luc Pasquets in Chez Ferchauds, France. Part of Jean-Luc Pasquet`s Trésors de Famille series of rare, old Cognacs, this single-barrel Cognac was produced from the vineyards of Pradier-Gaillard in Saint Médard, in the cru of La Grande Champagne. Just 319 bottles were produced.

Distillery Information

The Pasquet Cognac vineyard has been family owned since 1730. Jean-Luc Pasquet and his wife, Marie-Françoise, had been growing fruit conventionally on their 7 hectare estate until 1995 when they began to explore organic winemaking. In 1998, they were granted “Agriculture Biologique” certification.
