Distilled in 2018 during the distillery's second year of production, this whisky has been meticulously matured in a first-fill ex-Bourbon cask and is presented at cask strength to preserve its original flavor and potency.

Nose: Opens with a delightful blend of clotted cream and sweet apricot jam, complemented by hints of candied lemons.

Palate: The palate echoes the nose with rich clotted cream and the bright, fruity sweetness of apricot jam. Candied lemons add a zesty, vibrant layer, while undertones of freshly baked cinnamon rolls bring warmth and spice.

Finish: The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering notes of sweet pastries and a subtle hint of citrus, making each sip as memorable as the last.

Distillery Information

Founded by Annabel Thomas in 2013, Nc'nean is a zero-waste distillery situated in a remote area of Scotland's west coast on the Morvern peninsula. Annabel had never run a distillery when the idea surfaced. Growing up in Essex, her summers were spent visiting Scotland, where her love grew for the wild landscape.
