Nose: Deep vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, dark chocolate, baking spices, leather, and hints of dried fruit.

Palate: Full-bodied and intense with layers of toffee, cocoa, dark berries, cinnamon spice, roasted oak, and a creamy, slightly smoky richness.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering charred oak, spice, dark chocolate, and a dry, slightly tannic fade.

Originally launched by New Riff Distilling as a sourced brand using high-quality MGP distillate, it gained a strong following for transparency and quality. The brand was later revived and expanded with new releases, including innovative expressions like double-oaked blends and single barrels. These whiskeys often combine high-rye bourbon with additional components to enhance spice and complexity. The double-oaked process, involving extended time in a second barrel, is key to its signature richness and depth. Though the original O.K.I. line was discontinued in 2018, newer releases continue to build on its legacy with modern blending techniques.
