Scottish Kings Gin

In 2019 Scottish Kings Gin was launched. Distilled in the Scottish Highlands, the gin has 11 botanicals, many of them foraged in Scotland: juniper berries, coriander, cardamom, lime and orange peel, angelica root, licorice root, elderflower, rose petals, aronia berries, and basil. The result is an ultra-premium London dry ― or as they like to call it ― Highland dry gin. The spirit is built to have a masterful balance of 6 distinct flavors: juniper, citrus, floral, spice, herbal, and heat. At 92 proof it's also a perfect cocktail base.

Scottish Kings Gin Tasting Notes

Nose: Juniper-forward with orange zest and spice.

Palate: Fruity and Citrusy with abundant juniper notes.

Finish: Warm, with lingering citrus notes with a hint of pine.

Distillery Information

For Randy Miller, creating Scottish Kings was the culmination of over a decade of travel to the remote Scottish Highlands, and a longtime affection for premium gin. His wife, Linda, though a Scotch connoisseur at heart, was so supportive of Randy’s gin affinity that she created her own special blend of fresh lime and sweet for the perfect gimlet. It became clear to the Millers that there was room in the world for a thoughtfully crafted Highland dry gin.
