Starka 50 Year Old 2007 is a limited edition Polish vodka made exclusively by Polmos Siedlce. It is a single malt vodka aged in oak barrels for 50 years. It has a golden-amber color and a mild aroma of honey and dried fruits with hints of spices. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of oak, caramel, vanilla, and spices. The finish is sweet and long lasting with a slight hint of smoke. This vodka is a very rare and sought after spirit and is priced at around $700 a bottle.
