The Strathclyde 31 Year Old Cadenhead’s Original Collection is a single malt Scotch whisky that has been aged for 31 years in ex-bourbon casks. This whisky is bottled at cask strength, which is a proof of 92. It has a deep golden color and a nose of heather, honey and vanilla. On the palate, it has notes of toffee, dried fruit, honey and a hint of smoke. The finish is long and smooth, with a hint of spice. This is an excellent whisky for sipping on its own or for enjoying with a good cigar.
