A clean, traditional mezcal made from 100% Espadín agave. Unito is crafted in Oaxaca, using ancestral methods: the agave hearts are slow-roasted in a conical stone oven, naturally fermented, and distilled in copper stills.

Nose: Roasted agave, soft smoke, fresh citrus peel, and subtle herbal/mineral notes.

Palate: Smooth, balanced agave sweetness with light smoke, gentle earthiness, soft peppery-spice, and fresh fruit-like brightness.

Finish: Clean and fresh, with lingering mild smoke, light citrus or mineral notes, and a smooth herbal-earthy fade.

Unito Mezcal aims to be approachable and versatile — suitable for new mezcal drinkers as well as seasoned enthusiasts. It works great neat (to appreciate its purity), or as a base in cocktails if you prefer something lighter and smoother than heavily-peated or heavily-aged mezcal.
