A distinctive blend of Trinidad Distillers Limited rums from the 2006 and 2008 vintages, created as part of Vagabond Spirits’ Harmony series. The blend was matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at a robust 57% ABV. Its profile combines bright tropical fruit and honeyed sweetness with deeper tarry, mineral and lightly bitter notes, giving the rum a layered character that balances sweetness, freshness and oak. The release was produced for Takumi Spirit.

Vagabond Spirits Harmony TDL 2006 + TDL 2008 Rum | 500ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Ripe mango, papaya, orange liqueur, acacia honey and candyfloss, with hints of cocoa, polished wood and light leather.

Palate: Rich and textured with yellow fruit, preserved lemon, honey and cacao, alongside olives, gentle acidity, sweet molasses and a subtle tarry character.

Finish: Long and warming, with honey, preserved citrus, olive, soft bitterness, oak and lingering tropical fruit.

Vagabond Spirits is an independent French rum bottler focused on exploration, unusual blends, and experimental maturation techniques. The Off Road series reflects this philosophy by taking rums from different island traditions and subjecting them to unconventional aging environments. For Off Road 3.2, the company combined Cape Verdean Grogue with Guadeloupe rum before sending the filled French-oak barrels beneath the Atlantic off Brittany, creating a distinctive expression shaped by both tropical cane traditions and maritime maturation.
