Velier Last Ward 2007 Barbados Rum | 700ML

The famous Italian bottler Velier is behind the selection and bottling of this Last Ward 2007. This is a “Pure Single Rum” from the Mount Gay distillery founded in 1703 in Barbados. This means that this rum comes from discontinuous distillation in a pot still.

Distillery Information

This makes it the oldest operating distillery in the world. In 1918, the Bajan Ward family became part of the success story when they acquired Mount Gay Estate. The Wards still have shares in the distillery to this day. The last member of the family to run the distillery was Frank Ward.
