Nose: Heather honey,vanilla.

Palate: Sweet vanilla, malt, toffee, subtle smoky aromas.

Finish: Long lasting, soft, sweet.

Distillery Information

A still was purchased in 2009 and our distilling adventure began. The focus has always been on single malt whisky, since that is, at its core, distilled beer that is barrel aged. However, when one has a still in the building, you play with it. Our main playground is the production of Concepts spirits, essentially our test kitchen to produce a variety of spirits in short runs.
