Despagne (also known as Vignobles Despagne) is a wine producer based in the commune of Naujan-et-Postiac in the Entre-deux-Mers region of eastern central Bordeaux, producing a range of wines and brands under regional appellations.Despagne produces a number of labels, mainly released in both red and white iterations and predominantly under the Bordeaux appellation title. These include Biface, Girolate, Tour de Mirambeau, L'Onde (with no added sulphites) and Le Mythe d'Ampohorie rosé as well as Mont-Pérat.The latter is perhaps the most well-known wine of the lineup, having been featured in the hugely popular wine-based Manga series, The Drops of God.Despagne is a frequently-encountered name in this area of Bordeaux, and north into the Saint-Emilion region. Despagne should not be confused with the likes of Château Grand Corbin Despagne or Vignobles Despagne-Rapin in Montagne-Saint-Emilion.h.
