This is a powerful, elegant and complex red wine. In the mouth, lots of fruit is also noticed along with its refined tannins, its good acidity. Very long and persistent.

Dominio de Atauta is a relatively new project. Since the beginning, its aim has been to express all the character of the Valley of Atauta, at 1,000 metres of altitude, in the province of Soria. Here, some of their wines are made from pre-phylloxera vineyards of Tinto Fino and some others from vines that are over 85 years old. Relying on this phyolosphy and adding an excellent human factor to the unique conditions of the terroir, the wines from Dominio de Atauta have managed to place themselves among the most renowned ones, within an outstanding Denomination of Origin like Ribera del Duero.
