The land had not been planted to vine before, so the Huneeus' could plant to their liking. Huneeus has an extensive history in the viticulture and oenology industry. In 2010, he purchased The Prisoner and Saldo from Orin Swift Cellars until the brand was sold to Constellation in April 2016.
