The estate is made up of 50 hectares (124 acres) of vineyards – 30 hectares (74 acres) around Mezzane and 20 hectares (50 acres) in San Zeno di Colognola ai Colli in the Valpolicella district. Grape varieties grown in these vineyards include classic regional varieties Corvina, Molinara, Rondinella, Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave, and more international varieties like Chardonnay. Both the red and white wines are aged in contact with their lees, and are mixed in stainless steel wine jars and later via the tradtional bâtonnage method in barrel. They are then filtered just a few days before bottling. Tenuta Sant'Antonio's flagship wine is an Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva named Lilium Est.
