2022 | Chateau La Mascaronne | Cotes de Provence Rose

A rich and enticing blend of Syrah and Mourvedre from the Cotes de Provence. The wine has a powerful, complex nose with intense aromas of dark berries and cherry with generous palate of red and black fruits and a long spicy finish.

La Mascaronne is a beautiful estate in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation, just above the medieval village of Le Luc. Tom Bove has run this impressive organically farmed estate since 1999. He was previously responsible for Château Miraval, a legendary name in Provence Rosé, before taking over full time at La Mascaronne in 2012. Yields are low compared to many of their neighbours, with everything hand harvested in small cases. Their rosé is of the highest quality: fresh and chiselled, the perfect summer wine.
