The Rumbullion! is the main pillar of their rum range. This award-winning spiced rum is crafted with Caribbean rum, Madagascan vanilla, orange peel, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom. Rich and full-bodied, it's bottled at 85.2 proof with an attractive brown paper wrap and wax-sealed top. Its decadent profile makes it a delicious sipper and versatile cocktail base that works particularly well with premium cola in the summer or a hot toddy in the winter.

Nose: A subtle sweetness, vanilla, clove, cinnamon, and orange zest.

Palate: Notes of spice, orange, clove, and honey.

Distillery Information

Founded in 2011, Ableforth’s® was created by three friends who simply wanted to make distinctively delicious drinks that they would enjoy themselves - be that a gin, a rum or other treats. They took some inspiration from the past, from styles of drink known for flavours which were robust, fresh and unusual, and created a range of really bloody tasty spirits.
