Baron de Lustrac is an independent éleveur and bottler based in Magnan, in the south-west of France. It is run by José Barbe and Ina Bornemann, a dedicated husband-and-wife team who specialize in single-vintage armagnacs. This release from the 1997 vintage has a lovely viscous texture and notes of almonds, toasted bread, dried stone fruits and a hint of citrus.
