In 2019, Black Button produced limited quantities of Single Barrel Straight Port Finished Bourbon Whiskey. Aged for over two years in an American white oak barrel, it was finished for over three years in a port cask, coming from Ports of NY Winery in Ithaca, NY. Bottled at 117.1 proof and with a mash bill of 60% corn, 20% wheat, 11% malted barley and 9% rye, this expression is adored for its fruity aromas of cherries and berries and an oaky palate with hints of tobacco.
